The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to Item 3 of Chapter VI "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Budget Code of Ukraine" (re International Project "Cyclone-4")

Under the Law, the requirements of part 4 of clause 17 of the Budget Code of Ukraine, whereby the guarantees are not given to cover debt security of economic entities if the source of reimbursement is the funds of state (local) budgets, are not extended on the implementation of the international project "Cyclone-4.

The draft is registered under Reg. No. 8316.
